• There is enough parking for everyone!

  • For those working in Fresno, you will receive specific parking lot instructions in the near future. Thank you for bearing with us. City bureaucracy doesn’t run at a BW pace.

  • Current parking options in Fresno include:

    • Street parking surrounding the buildings
    • Yellow Lot for those attending South Stadium
    • The 41 Lot for those at BW 41
    • Our team will not be ticketing until a more formal parking arrangement is made and distributed
    • The Red and Blue lots are for tenants only and NOT available for parking
    • Beginning 8/16, if you park in the Red or Blue lot, you will get a notice. This notice is a reminder that you are in the wrong lot, and your last warning before your vehicle is towed.

    Scooters

    • BW has a fleet of electric scooters. Our very own Tech Consulting team built the GPS system and tracking software for these scooters!
    • The scooters are not yet ready for check-out. Stay tuned!

    Golf Carts

    • BW has a fleet of golf carts for moving between buildings in Fresno
